Orders
We will process your order within 1-2 business days, Monday to Saturday.
Estimated shipping times can vary depending on product availability and distance shipped. We may experience shipping delays from delivery providers. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to ensure on time deliveries. Please order well in advance if you'd like to receive your item by a specific date, or come shop with us in-store.
In case an item is out of stock we will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.
The name and address should be written in roman letters/arabic numerals to avoid a failed delivery. In case of a failed delivery for this reason, we won't be held responsible if the package is lost and the shipping costs won't be reimbursed.
Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO box or APO/FPO addresses.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the continental United States.
Home Furnitures local delivery in the Portland metro area is $60 per order, up to 4 pieces.
We offer FREE local Delivery in the Portland metro area for orders* over $150 (only Mondays & Fridays)
*excluding Home furnitures
We cover shipping cost for orders over $150 (Excluding Home Furnitures & sales items).
We ship orders out in 1-3 days and domestic packages may arrive within 3-5 days. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS delivery services and share tracking information as soon as your goods are shipped.
Once the order has been scanned by the delivery provider, it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost orders are at the expense of the customer.
Returns
Please remember most of our items are craftsmanship and differences in size and color may be observed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be pre-approved by email at lafrenchieshop@gmail.com
Items must be return in same condition and original package at it was received (unwashed, unworn, unused). Customer is responsible for return shipping at the address:

You may return your item(s) in exchange for another (other) item(s) or for a refund in the form of a voucher valid in our shop. If your return is approved, a voucher credit will be sent to you.
In case of receipt of a damaged article, you must inform us on the day of receipt of the shipment.
Contact us via email within 24hrs of delivery and include photos of the damaged box and product(s). Hold onto your item and the packaging materials while you wait for a response from us. Once we receive your email, we will reply with detailed information of the return process.
