An iconic Bredele, the Cinnamon Star, originally named the "Zimtsterne" in the Alsace dialect, can be easily identified by its six-point star shape and its royal icing. A popular hit during Christmas Markets, and often the first biscuit to disappear from the assortments made by Alsace families during the festive period, this is, without a doubt, the most iconic of all Bredele.
