Alsa Creme Patissiere Onctueuse is a vanilla pastry cream mix from Alsa, a French baking brand established in 1897, used as a filling for choux, eclairs, and tarts. Unlike the cold-prep version in the Alsa lineup, this one requires stovetop preparation: the powder is dissolved into boiling milk, then sets in 30 minutes until thickened to a pipeable consistency. Each box contains 3 sachets, each yielding half a liter of pastry cream. Made with no preservatives and produced in France.
