Speculoos des Flandres

With a taste strongly reminiscent of gingerbread, Spéculoos des Flandres is a small, crunchy dry cookie, brown in color and lightly scented with cinnamon. It can be eaten without hunger with a good cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients: FROMENT flour, real candy sugar, raw cane sugar, pure vegetable oils and fats, SOJA flour, natural spices. Raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate: WHEAT, SOJA. Manufactured in a workshop that also processes almonds, MILK, lupins and EGGS.
