Our rillettes are very rich in trout fillets (61%) which gives them a beautiful orange color and allows to find in the mouth the authentic taste of smoked trout. Ideal on lightly toasted toast or blinis.
Ingredients
Trout smoke* (61%), cream liquid, water, carrots, wheat flour, milk protein, tomato concentrate, shallot, parsley, garlic, green pepper, coriander, pepper. * Oncorhyncus mykiss raised in France, Brittany. Possible traces of crustaceans, molluscs.
Conservation tips
Our Brittany trout rillettes can be kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a fresh and dry place. After opening, they should be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.
Tasting tips
Our Trout rillettes of Brittany are ideal fresh as an aperitif on toast, blinis, rye or country bread. They go well with a glass of white wine
